Description:          

Zentangle is simple to understand and easy to enjoy. Many people find zentangling calms the mind; you relax and breathe as your tangle unfolds.  Zentangle patterns can seem complex at first glance but when you see it done, you realize how simple it is. You will learn 20 different tangles, the history of Zentangle and enhancements for your tangles. The result will be a reference you can use in your Zentangle practice and apply to other art forms.  Please read the materials list carefully, as Chari-Lynne has made available a convenient starter kit for a reasonable fee (payable at the workshop).

About the Artist:

Chari-Lynn Reithmeier is a three-year Honours graduate of Georgian College School of Design and Visual Arts.  Chari-Lynn is a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) having trained with the creators of Zentangle (Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas) in 2010.  Chari-Lynn has taught Zentangle and a variety of art disciplines around Southern Ontario including Haliburton School of Design and Visual Arts Blue Mountain Foundation of the Arts, Barrie Art Club, ArtSpark and a variety of schools, businesses and retreats.
