Sweet and Sour
FOUR SESSIONS: Monday MORNING Workshop

In this class you will learn to draw shiny cherries, blueberries, and juicy tart lemons, as well as a tea towel.

Sandra Derry will show each process step by step.

 

About the Artist

Sandra Derry is a self taught artist and has learned the art of watercolouring, coloured pencil, pastel and graphite through reading books, watching videos, and lots of hours practicing the techniques she has acquired.

She strives to produce realism in her paintings and drawings.

Inspired by her parents, who are both artists, she has painted since an early age.

She started drawing professionally in 1990, selling pastel portraits of children. It was during that time she discovered watercolours. She fell in love with the medium and was able to achieve the vibrant colours and details she longed to paint. Recently she has fallen in love again, this time with the coloured pencil. 

Sandra has taught since 2004 doing workshops and gives weekly lessons. She has also written several digital books on how to watercolour.
