EXPLORING STILL LIFE

A drop in series of 'Still Life' at BAC.

"The study of  inanimate objects, still life painting, the very surest road to absolute mastery over all technical difficulties" Emil Carlson  1853-1932..

If you are interested in exploring the truth of this statement then the following Drop-In series will provide that opportunity.

The club has a selection of items but you may wish to bring something from home.

The choice of format and medium is yours. Please use odourless solvents if using oils.

You may wish to come for part or the whole day.

These are intended as drop-in sessions but we will have some tips and demonstrations from the following artists - Ian Robertts, Paul Foxton and Chris Fernataro.

Can't guarantee that we will fulfill Emil Carlsen's promise but it is worth a try!
