Working with artists with experience in creating an Acrylic painting, Andrew will show how to take your work to the next level. With a focus on depth of colour, use of colour, etc, artists will go beyond obvious colours to create a complex painting with advanced Acrylic techniques: Design, unique composition, in addition to the use of specialty materials in Acrylic painting, wrap, as well as multiple-colour washes, wet in wet, dry brush, then creating a painting of a landscape.

If an artist would like to do a portrait, Andrew will provide guidance using these techniques.

About the Artist

Andrew Cheddie Sookrah is a Canadian artist living and working in Toronto and an elected member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour, the Society of Canadian Artists (Honourary), the Ontario Society of Artists and the Portrait Society Of Canada. He teaches regularly for The Barrie Art Club as well as other arts organizations.
